We had an excellent experience in M&S cafe on grafton street today. It was very busy it was clear that there had not been enough staff rostered for the amount of customers. First time coming here in years. Totally new system as used to be table service. We were hungry so stayed! Entry system is very confusing. Menu at entry but no notices with steps to get your food as cooking area hidden in the back. Dealt with a rude counter lady. Didn’t ask for Covid Certs!!! I love Marks and Spencer food and always think the quality is a bit better.They are trying to compete now with cheaper fruit and veg deals.Also the 3 for 12 on fish is good The Indian food is great but overpriced.The staff are always nice as well!
