What User doesn't like about Irish Film Institute (ifi):
I generally enjoy this restaurant and often go before a movie or just to relax and have a snack. However, my last visit was not very pleasant because I was charged too much and when I pointed it out, the excuse was quite absurd and hard to believe. I couldn't help but wonder what the actual reason was. View all feedback.
If they want a quintessential pub experience in dublin, this is the place they want to be! the warm wood panels and glass windows create one.
I had a seat at the bar, the bar offers were quite friendly, I ordered some oysters as an appetizer, they were incredibly big and fresh. I had that too.

Still great after all these years. can not talk to the food since we did not eat this time, but after a gig in the Olympics for a drink, when any other place was filled with stags and hen parties, the ifi was cooled with good music, fast service and place to put. forget how much I like the place.
Very friendly staff. had an early bite with friends and it was delicious. a tipp have the ice cream with popcorn. they think it will be strange..es spectacular!
