The portion size is excellent for some food on the go, the fish was wonderfully cooked and the chips actually cut as curved slices instead of traditional chunky chips was a very surprising but extremely welcome touch. Would highly recommend that anyone in the area looking for some quayside fish and chips hit up the Fish Shack. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fish Shack:
Had food on the pier. Fish was nice but tiny. Best part of €30 for two fish and chips (tiny portions) no fresh sauces and one bottle of water. Happy to pay for quality but this is silly. Also noticed bags of frozen food being opened and poured in to the fryer. Couldn't tell if they were the chips or something else. At these prices there should be no commercially bagged frozen foods being used. View all feedback.
Very nice eating, but almost 90 minutes before closing time closed.
One of the best fish chips meal I had in earth. absolutely recommended!
Super friendly and welcoming service. they have gluten-free fish and chips and sampi etc.
The server. good food and good intention. the prices are a bit expensive, but it is a nice part. can sometimes be busy with a long waiting queue. there can be a lack of benches to sit and enjoy the food, but there is more at the beginning of the pier. I have to feed the birds a few crumbs.
Eating huge portion for taking away, waiting time 3 times too long
