What User doesn't like about Eddie Rocket's:
Food was ok. We were very hungry from our walk around the city and visited this restaurant and it was nice. Not the best food we have had but was ok and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. A little better than a McDonald’s. View all feedback.
The workers were so friendly and gave us beautiful clean tables with fast service would recommend 100% to eat here, I will return!
I visited this diner with 3 friends who ordered all burger fries; I ordered slider, the diners brande mini burger. about 15 minutes after my order came to the table, the manager delivered a cold, refined, simple burger neither a burger...or a slider that resembles nothing on the menu. When I asked the order, the manager informed me that the diner had no slider, but I shouldn't complain because they were for children. At some point, she brought me a real burger, but yelled in her hand before she gave it to me. then she told you better eat before it gets cold this time
Eating was okay. we were very hungry from our walk around the city and visited this restaurant and it was nice. not the best eating we had, but was ok and cheap for the portions. a bit better than a mcdonald’s.
When they look at the diner, they expect an American experience with American portion sizes. what they get for a so-called meal is in my case a small burger and a handful of fries and a milkshake for 12.70€. burger was tasteless and. the child bueno milkshake was a vanilla milkshake with two bits child bueno in it and a bit chocolate syrup. the milkshake was nice, but not what I expected. I thought I could get a milkshake. it was also very loud in there, because the open kitchen area is right next to the sitting and the music was too loud. not recommended and no idea how this chain still exists.
Went in here today because it was pouring rain, we were hungry, and Bunsen was packed! I absolutely will not go back to this Eddie Rocket’s location. The staff are disinterested and have serious attitude, and at one point three of them were standing at...the counter looking at their barely-disguised phones while tables sat dirty and customers needed help! At this point the manager appeared and told the staff she was going to take their phones off of them, but then when we went up to pay the manager herself was standing at the counter texting on her phone and we had to get her attention. Poor, poor, poor. Very bad vibe in the place due to the staff. There are far better Eddie Rocket’s locations and burgers out there, so definitely avoid this location!!
