Dax - Dublin

On my last trip to dublin I have booked an early dinner at award-winning dax. I would try their tasting menu and understanding it would be a few long days with my bord bia tour, I was very happy with my choice. Finally – someone must be the person who dinners at pm. at the arrival in the cozy dining room I was warmly welcomed by the team. olivier meisonnave, the gm, had clearly looked at me (not on a creepy way, I promise and understood that I was a passionate eating. as I love (loved talk about all the things culinary, between chef graham neville and olivier, there was a lot to discuss. I sincerely appreciated all in the restaurant understanding how to entertain a solo dinner — and when I should give myself my room. (this is in direct comparison to the two michelin restaurant that I have eaten the following day. ).

Incredible place, with high quality food and drinks. a wonderful three-course menu along with fresh brot, mini-canoes and a delicious harbour and espresso to complete it. 10/10
