Daniel's - Dublin

We spent our first and last night in dublin with dinner at daniels. it was amazing! daniel the owner takes the orders and suggests free pages and drinks. he shared stories about where he derived his recipes, which is a very special experience. eating from desert to desert was a worm! I recommend to them to visit daniels during their journey.

On Saturday with five friends and we had such a good time. daniel was attentive and informative. eating is completely fresh and created with knowledge and thoughts. it is a very special place. the focus is on the food and not on the high end flashing lights and decor. I thought I would never get the feeling that I had as a child when I dine into a chic restaurant with chic tasty food. but I found it. I would like to dine alone or with others here and work my way through daniels menu. great wine and wonderful service. the waitress was so friendly and did not notice that 6 women were slowly louder. can't wait to go back soon.

It might not look like much, but the food is delicious and meticulously cooked by Daniel himself, (helped by Dave), with a good choice of wines chosen by Daniel from his many trips abroad.
