A very comfortable and pleasant stay, no real complaints, except the hair dryer in my room was very poorly and when leaving my room removing the Key card switches the room lights off immediately without the normal five second delay that one might find in other hotels, which means one would need to open the room door first, otherwise one would be in complete darkness and not be able to see anything, good food nicely p... It took time for the order to be taken, given the rush. But not sure why they don't have people to take orders. But once the order was taken, the drinks and food appeared quickly. Now the main part... Decent sized but tasty burger and nice steak fries.Nothing fancy. Just simple tasty food.Add the salad to it and you won't go back half full. View all feedback.
Hotel near I loved it, the dame at the reception when I had looked after, could have been more helpful for an American lady and her family, so I helped them with a trip to the castle. restaurant: eating was fantastic, but I waited almost 40min to think about my huh, while three other tables that came after me got their food so I was quite disappointed by that, but take them nothing from the hotel itself, it is fabulous.
Staff friendly. Nice bar to go for a quiet drink. Close to the RDS and bus stops

Location is slightly away from the city centre...One of the oldest hotel in Dublin...building is a huge mansion
No air (which is not that uncommon) but the windows only open a few inches and they ran out of fans. It would seem to me that if you don't offer air conditioning, that you would make some provisions to properly cook the rooms with natural ventilation. A single tall fan near the window would have satisfied the need. Breakfast was good and the service was friendly.
