Miette the function room for a event, was $150 extra for a service that was not provided. was informed in the middle of our event that the bar tab was up and wh... read more Miette the function room for a event, was $150 extra for a service that was not provided. was informed in the middle of our event that the bar tab was up and when we received the entrance, it still had $100 on it. the personal is very rude and would not refund us for what was wrongly charged. the extra $150 they accused us was supposed to be for the pie service, although we take care of it. manager apologise to us $150 extra was “we are in the grocery store”.

Had my friends 21st there and they accused their $150 for the cake service fee they did not. they did not cut the cake, I and their mother did, they had absolut... read more Had my friends 21st there and they accused their $150 for the cake service fee they did not. they did not cut the cake, I and their mother did, they had absolutely no part in it. also paid for 3 people to serve us, and only 1 person was there. had a $250 bar tab and we were told halfway through the night, it was completely used, then when we got the entrance, it was only $140. money hungry people and will not refund them either. really bad service for the price they pay. very disappointed. only positiw was eating nice, although they have brought out the huh 20 minutes after everything else.
