What User doesn't like about Michel's Patisserie:
Most of the menu items are quite good, but they really struggle to make a good cake. The fillings don't match the descriptions on the menu. If they advertise a fluffy chocolate cake, that's what I expect; not chocolate surrounded by grease! Very disappointed. View all feedback.
The customer service is exceptional, with friendly and passionate staff. The coffee is delicious and the pies are warm and delicious.
The cakes at this restaurant are absolutely amazing.

Ordered some items for early morning tea. Young man who took the order was very polite and did not rush us to order (as is sometimes the norm at these places). Smiled and told us he would bring it out to our table. Was very impressed with the presentation of both of the young men at this establishment, nothing was too much trouble. It was also clear that these men took pride in their dress sense. They were both smartly dressed and had a permanent smile on their faces. This was so welcoming!
Great food - good variety of pies, sandwiches and cakesIce cream too! Great area outside for kids and babies to play in - all fenced off securely.
