Tonight we chose a burger from the specials board. Not bad for a quick pub feed. Would have cost just as much from the corner store. We could have a drink and relax for a while or catch up with a friend or two. Not bad for a casual night. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Inside Out Grill & Carvery:
Chose the garlic and chilli prawns with rice. Was informed there was no rice, need I continue to describe the thin, tough and overcooked T bone steak with bearnaise sauce my partner had. The chairs were filthy metal framed circa 1980's style, no tablecloths. The food was the horrible frozen mass produced cheapest vegetables, manufactured sauces, and salad dressing in a squeeze type disposable take away style pack. View all feedback.

Last weekend we were looking for somewhere casual for dinner. It was a lovely evening so we took a casual walk to the Star for dinner. The menu was full of good pub food with plenty to choose from. The 'Inside Out Grill'. was the ideal choice for the men, and that was a good meal for them. One unusual named meal was 'Prawns in the Chookhouse'. The typical pub style gives this place a very casual feel that suits its character. Also has a few function rooms that are available.

I ordered the garlic and chili rice dish, but it came without rice. My partner had a thin, overcooked T-bone steak with a bear sauce. The chairs were old and dirty metal from the 1980s, and there were no tablecloths. The food consisted of cheap, frozen vegetables and a salad dressing in a cheap disposable packet.
Last night, we decided to try the burger from the special menu at the pub. It was a decent option for a quick meal. The price was reasonable, not too expensive. We were able to enjoy a drink and unwind with friends. Overall, it was a pleasant and laid-back evening.
