Wide Range - Dubai

The food took a lot of time to get to the table after ordering. it took almost 15 minutes to get a masala dosa. this does not take more than 5 minutes in other restaurants.

The Wide Range as a restaurant was full of surprises as I wasn't expecting a Lebanese grill at a South Indian restaurant to taste good (highly recommended). The price to quantity ratio is at par. The only problematic thing was the waiting time after ordering food which was considerably longer nothing was done to compensate for it. I came here for lunch I would recommend this restaurant only for the Mixed Grill Lebanese, to any foodie on a budget living in that area and if you happen to get yourself caught in an unfamiliar location like Al Quoz, you know where to head out. Looted me. It was such a disappointing experience for me. I ordered a mutton soup costs 13aed. I got a very small volume cup and tastes like curry with alot of chillies. It is not worthy for even 5 aed.

Bad quality and bad service. I have a had a vanilla shake today at this place, as there is very less food stalls in Al Kahail mall. Initially when the item came, the shake was literally like water. Very poor consistency and terrible taste. Later I requested to the waiter to change it and all they did was add excessive sugar to it and serve.

The food is very good but Customer service is very bad in Al khail mall wide range branch also they are not friendly type to interact with Peoples, we entered the restaurant after 10 pm they never welcoming not even smiling. Very poor service. Please change the sfaffs.
