We waited a long time for someone to even take our order — it felt like we were being completely ignored. We came in with high expectations and ordered the Easter special *Achayan Sadhya*, but it turned out to be one of the worst sadya experiences we've ever had. There was barely any curry, and the portions were more like side dishes than a proper meal — especially considering the amount of rice served. For a “special” sadhya, the price was way too high for what was actually offered. Definitely not worth it. My husband and I ordered two appams, two puttus, and varutharacha chicken curry. Unfortunately, the appams were not properly cooked and were not in good shape. I informed the server about this issue, and instead of providing freshly made appams, he simply reheated the same ones and served them back to us. This was disappointing, as we expected fresh and well-prepared food. We understand that not everyone can afford expensive meals, and we chose your restaurant based on our budget and expectations of good quality food. However, this experience was quite disappointing.
