We had a lovely afternoon tea at Peacock Alley. We had a lovely hostess, Caroline, who was incredible and very friendly. Food was delicious. We were three ladies and we ordered two afternoon tea selections and it was more than enough. Beautiful setting with beautiful food. I'll definitely recommend it.
I let them know it was my friend’s birthday but no-one wished her a ‘happy birthday ‘ or gave her a little piece of cake to mark the occasion. I was very disappointed about that.
I had the degustation Afternoon tea and had made an online reservation. When we arrived at the venue, the hostess could not find our reservation even though i showed her a copy of the email confirmation . As such, we could not get a table of our preference, as the hostess informed us that they were all reserved. I did inform here that we were not walk-in per say and after a couple of minutes we managed to get better seating. Other than this glitch the service was pretty good and the afternoon tea was outstanding. The sandwiches were delectable and we were offered a good selection of teas. Looking forward to returning back to this delightful afternoon treat.
Great promo price for upscale enjoyable tea. The pianist was a lovely touch Service dropped off after we had finished our food We had to flag down a server to pay our bill
Quality of food was outstanding. Everything fresh and made with lots of care and skill Service was excellent. The volume of food was also a really pleasant surprise. Simply excellent
