Attibassi is always an incredible place to be. I love coming here for a cappuccino while getting some work done — the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The food is also delicious, perfect for a quick lunch or a longer break. The staff is always genuinely friendly, smiling, and full of kind gestures that make you feel welcome every time. I visited the coffee shop and while the staff member at the counter was friendly and polite, the service was unfortunately very slow. I ordered an açaí bowl and was told it would take 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 18 minutes. When I informed them that I was in a hurry and asked for it to be packed as takeaway, I was told it would just take 1 more minute—but even that wasn’t accurate. I had already paid the full amount, but in the end I left without receiving my order because I couldn’t wait any longer. Additionally, I hope I'm wrong, but from what I saw at the counter, the hygiene standards might need some serious improvement. I left disappointed and will think twice before coming back. Hi!! this is Sheikh Salahuddin, I have Attibassi coffee branch from 2017 to 2020 unfortunately we close that branch Mr. Costa took our machines in 2023 and didn’t paid yet he was promised that he will pay after he took machines he didn’t reply. He is a big cheater and hope he will doing the same scams to other branch holders. Be aware he is fraud. Service: 1
