Visited the Duarte site. Gladys ran me and she was super nice and helpful; she let me look at the ingredients list for all sauces. It is a vegan friendly fast food restaurant. Order a basis of rice and/or vegetables, and for the 'Protein' order the crispy tofu (organic and non-gmo). Once you have your bowl, choose from each of their sauces, they are all vegan.
