Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Du Quoin

I had to ask for my change of $3. They gave me my blizzard, but not the size I ordered. I was told to pull forward for my food. When someone brought my food about 10 mintues later. I then asked for my receipt saying the blizzard was a small, I wanted to be sure I didn't pay for the medium and only received a small. She left to go back in, I waited another 10 minutes. Someone delivered to the car behind me, then asked what I was waiting for. She said she didn't know I was waiting. She said that it was her fault and I was only charged for the small. I left without ever seeing a receipt.

Always good! Moreover Blizzard never disappoints! Use of the WiFi was awesome

You got 5 stars for service, atmosphere, and food... But $9.86 for 2 small shakes??? It's to the point where it's just too expensive to go to Dairy Queen anymore..

First you could purchase a ticket to China and board a plane fly there and return home before and still get your order faster. Second, the food sucks

I came thru the drive thru and paid 41.75 on mom's debit card the lady was nice but forgot to put the chicken strip sandwich with tomato , onion ,mayo. I have called 7 times and Noone answers. It's 5:45 and I will try again. Maisy was great she was very respectful. I didn't no anything was missing till I got back to tamaroa where we live. The sandwich was 5.19.
