I eat there about three times a year because the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the buffet is clean and the food is replaced often and not left to get hard and nasty tasting. I live nearly two hours away from this particular Ponderosa, yet I find myself dining there about three times a year. The reason? The food is consistently hot and fresh, the buffet is clean, and the dishes are frequently replenished, so nothing sits out and becomes hard or unpleasant to taste. In my experience, this level of quality is quite rare at most Ponderosa locations.
