I got to the store at 6:21 just to be told my order wasn't even started.... read more Last night I placed a order online for pick up and was told it would be ready by 6:20. I got to the store at 6:21 just to be told my order wasn't even started. This has happened the past 4 times I've placed a online order.While waiting I notice 9 door dash people waiting on orders as well, look I to the kitchen and they are laughing and standing around chit chatting. The dinning room wasn't even busy 1 table and 2 people at the bar.After waiting for 15 minutes I went back up n asked about my order n was told it would be another 20 minutes, I waited another 5 and walked up when I saw a new person at the counter n asked again and was told it would be another 15! When I did finally get my order (large chip) 20wings everything was cold and then hips were soggy, I wasn't going to bother returning just to be told I'd be waiting moreEver since they moved to the new location service as just tanked. Not only was my order cold but most of the wings were under cooked and I've been battling stomach sickness now thanks to the incompetence.Because of these events I'm never givinf my business to wing shack ever again.

The staff is usually kind, but the food takes so long to come out. It's all fried, but my husband likes the Mozzarella sticks, and I like their chips. The mushrooms aren't good, never done in the middle. The traditional wings have very little chicken on them, but they're okay.
