We had a standard room with a land view, but upon entering, we found the balcony door broken and several repairs needed. The double room only had one blanket, glass, and chair, with no teacups despite having a kettle. We tried to address these issues, but it was late, and the cleaning staff informed us that the receptionist was unavailable. Since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t change rooms. The door was finally repaired on the third day of our stay. The food options were limited; breakfast was the same every day, although dinners were acceptable. We only received one type of bread, served in plastic bags, and often had to wait for plates, cups, and cutlery. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its prime location by the seaside.
