When you call to place an order, they often make you feel like you’re in... read more The staff here also manage a gas station, which seems to affect their customer service. When you call to place an order, they often make you feel like you’re inconveniently interrupting them. They seem to struggle juggling both the convenience store and food preparation. On days when the women are in a bad mood, it feels like they intentionally botch your order. Simple Simon's does a lot of advertising, but calling to place an order often feels like you’re asking for a personal favor.
