I waited 45 minutes for a bagel. Customers after me who had much larger orders had all been served (6 customers in total). In the end, my brew had all melted and my bagel was cold and hard. Interior service is poor. View all feedback.
Their muffins and beiges are always good with a coffee on site. Good customer service, there is a drive-thru service.
Drive-through a little slow, but it makes up for it with good
Thanks to Aya for great service at the counter on Mercure. She immediately adapted her service to my young children and remained smiling throughout our visit
Deplorable service at the drive-thru, always every day except weekends. It seems that only part-timers understood that without customers, no restaurant therefore no salary.... Never said hello to the microphone only Tim Horton as if we didn 't know where we were. When we give the command we just have the right to then one after the other until go to the window without thank you, have a good day,... And at the window it 's not better . In such a hurry to get it over with us that we were thrown the amount straight away before the car was even stopped..... And, despite the fact that it 's MANDATORY, it 's not easy to get your bill.... In short, it 's a shame we can 't just give 0 stars!
My order was perfect.The only downside was that it was really cold.
