We have visited Louis a few times during our time in Drummondville. The poutine sauce is tasty, and the cheese is delightful. Unfortunately, the fries taste like they come from the frozen section. The chicken is quite good, though. On the downside, the service leaves much to be desired. During all our visits, we felt like we were the first customers the cash register had ever seen. Even with simple orders, the staff seemed a bit confused. A bit more training or insight would likely resolve these issues. Families with young children will appreciate the play structures upstairs.

The food is good, the portions are generous, but the service is a bit slow.

Every time I go there on the weekends, I find it difficult to place an order. I order with a big smile, but instead of a greeting, they just ask me what I want to eat in the most thoughtless way possible. Honestly, it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The food is good, but it’s better to go to the one downtown. I always feel like I’m a bother, and my order can sit on the counter for several minutes. Last time I went, I had to interrupt their tasks just to finally eat. I work in a restaurant myself, and I would never let things go that wrong.
