Bunratty Castle Folk Park - Drumline

When we purchased our tickets in advance for the Bunratty Medieval Banquet, I reached out via email, and they assured me that accommodating gluten-free and dairy-free diners would be no issue. Each time a course was served, they made sure to provide us with a suitable substitute. While we opted not to drink the mead or partake in the soup and ribs, they kindly provided us with melon while the others enjoyed their soup. Additionally, we were served a lovely salad. They even arranged for chicken to be brought out specially for us, and we were able to eat the potatoes on the table. For dessert, they created a special lemon meringue treat just for us. Everything was delicious, and they truly went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. We are quite sensitive to gluten and dairy, but we felt perfectly fine. The entertainment was also very enjoyable.

For the main course, we had chicken that was exceptionally well-prepared, and we were able to enjoy the potatoes that were served on the table. They even went the extra mile to create a special dessert for us—lemon meringue—which was delightful. Everything was excellent, and they truly went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. We are very sensitive to our food restrictions, but thankfully, we did not experience any issues. The entertainment throughout the evening was also very enjoyable.

We went to the Castle Banquet, and the staff made it a point to inform us that nearly all the options were naturally gluten-free. They provided gluten-free bread and a different dessert for us. We were very happy with their thoughtful accommodations.
