Brandy Creek Wines - DROUIN EAST

We visit this restaurant every year, but this year's experience was very disappointing. The wait between courses was too long, the service was slow due to understaffing, and the overall value for money was not worth it. The wine was good though, so we ended up ordering two bottles.

We had a great experience at Brandy Creek. We opted for the set menu, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. The Prosecco was particularly enjoyable, so much so that we purchased a bottle to enjoy later. We will definitely be returning. It's worth noting that they offer wine tastings, but you must reserve in advance. Diners receive the tasting for free.

The venue and the food were both excellent. However, my bourbon with coke was warm and it was unprofessional to hear an employee gossiping about us as we left. Also, it wasn't made clear to us when our time was up.

The location was great and near where we wanted to be, and the tapas style menu was also desirable to celebrate a Christmas season. However, the service was missing and the food was average. Pay for more bread?!?!?! The sparkling wine was also disappointing and not what we had ordered, or it seems as if the taste was wrong, what was expected. The bathrooms were not clean and not cleaned properly even during our 2 hours stay. Luckily the ambience has helped and we could not let ourselves cook ourselves at least. At the end of the day at least 1/3 of our party did not notice what was good, but then the other 2/3 more exposure to better service and food.

The dishes were really expensive for what you received, there was hardly any food on the plates, we both left hungry, also we went there for the BBQ but was advised we couldn't have it as you have to ring to book, nowhere does it say this on the website, also when we asked for a further dish the waitress said I think you have had enough. And the dish did not arrive so we decided to leave. When we went to pay the bill this dish was on it and we had to get it removed. I would never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.
