It far exceeded our expectations and was a standout event during our week in the Driggs/Victor/Jackson Hole area. The instructor provided thorough explanations on how to properly prepare and cook a range of dishes we commonly enjoy, such as brussel sprouts, goat cheese, bacon, Elk-Tenderloin, trout, roasted vegetables, special glazes, and herbal butters. Everything was executed excellently.
