This is a beautiful venue, and the cask ales are well-maintained. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Dirty dinner plates were left on our table for far too long, and even when they were finally cleared, the glasses remained. Even after the tables were cleared, they were not cleaned. Once again good value for money, no Frills food. great pub with a good friendly atmosphere.
Lovely pint and lovely breakfast, reasonably priced. Clean place, standard for a spoons.
Pleasant place. Staff are good and helpful usual Spoon's prices for ales and food. Real ales are always good. Small beer garden at rear some outside seating at rear in good weather. Used to be Churchill's club.
I visited this pub on Monday morning, June 6, 2022, for three breakfasts: two traditional and one small. All the dishes were quite beautiful and prepared in a timely manner. They also offer drink refills, which is very nice. Overall, it was a great experience!
I visit this restaurant frequently, and the food is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
