Sprouts Farmers Market - DRESHER

I would love to give a special shout out to an employee working in the deli. Every time I go shopping in sprouts there’s nothing I don’t have to worry about because he’s always on top of it! he knows exactly what I need, because I come in for the same stuff all the time .I believe his name is “Malcolm”. He is an excellent worker. He goes out of his way for any customer that is in need of help. There was a few items I could not find in the store one day and even though he told me he doesn’t know the store that well he’s department and specialty is at the deli he still found the items that I needed . Outstanding as he is because he didn’t have to do that being as though the lines we’re getting along in the deli, he asked his coworker to take over why he helped me real quick find my items. This man on top of all good things that he does for me and my family members when we shop at Sprouts “OMG”he is the best at making the sandwiches.?? In fact, every time we go in the store and get lunch meat and sandwiches, he is the only person I request to get my order. To the manager of the store. You should give him some type of an award for the best employee of the month ,a good recognition of his hard work that he gives to your customers each and every time I walk into your store! and by the way, I’ve been to another Sprouts, and nothing competes your store. Everything is immaculate in order, and your employers are great! I appreciate you taking the time out to read my rant, I love Sprouts, and I especially love the customer service that I get when I shop there? and when I recognize and observe hard work in an employee, this is what I do post a good review so that person knows he is being recognized! Disney land for vegans .Really great place it’s a nice atmosphere prices are fair. I bought a 24oz 1lb 8oz bag of cashews from Whole Foods for $15 prior to visiting sprouts first time there and noticed they had bulk raw cashews on sale for approximately $4 a lb . Wish I would have bought them there !In addition to it being my first visit to this store the staff were incredibly helpful . Didn’t think the employees would have a clue where my weird vegan oat based whipped cream might be but they knew exactly were it was and even informed me about the directions on the back of the can which are vital to get all the product out reviews online for this product are bad because no one reads the directions on the back of the can . I was already aware as I typically shop at Whole Foods and buy their brand of oat based whipped cream but the flavor has been inconsistent so I looked for an alternative and that’s when I found sprouts had their own brand which is 1000% times better than the Whole Foods brand btw. I don’t think I can go back to the WF brand now after having the sprouts brand . Overall really great store will shop there again !

Clean store. Helpful employees. Plenty of name brand organics and other brands. Pricing is ok. Some very good deals if you catch them at the right time. Definitely a good place to shop! ?
