Small but fine pub. The conditions were friendly and helpful. The ambience is very beautiful and rustic. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the chairs are somewhat small (similarly small seating area). The choice of beer and whisky is gigantic, especially because you can also find exotic, such as Japanese whisky. The food is simple, but well dressed and delicious. View all feedback.
What Conny Hinz doesn't like about Tir na nog:
the pub is rustic and uncomplicated. it is made on tables that look like themselves. quite generally it looks as if there was a lot of self made, but what makes up the charm of the pub.The service is courteous and friendly. the guinness is delicious and well tapped. my wife had a budweiser, which was unfortunately badly tapped and very fade. there is a size selection of whisky to absolutely acceptable trips. Very rustic, old theke, old floor, old beams and snoring barstool. That's exactly how an irish has to look. besides the typical beer I recommend ordering the bean stew. here people from almost all social classes meet. only manko, the prizes! while live music plays every drink 50 cent more! for a guinness price of 4.10 or 4.20, the evening can be expensive. the whiskey prices are also covered. these are the only reasons why I'm not here more often. the personal is cool and the music also fits. the smoker room in the cellar area is mixed and uncomfortable. I would have left the billard plate inside and sent the people out to smoke.

I can't say anything about eating because we haven't eaten. there are regular live music which is not necessarily Irish. interesting I found the tables in the cellar.
Actually, the tir na nog was one of our favorite locals. but the visit on the last day of Friday really has been atrocious. eating was already a relatiw early in the evening no more. the service was slow and the kilkenny - so real people! I haven't experienced that yet. if you have fresh beer and motivated waiter again, there is another evaluation. but that was no good.
I was in this pub one evening and it is really special and in true Irish style! there are many types of beers on the plug and with 4,50€ you can get a pint. on the side below there is also a pool table.
One of the most original whisky sites in DD. Only great
