However, when I arrived at 9:45 pm, the display wa... read more I wanted to pick up a sub here around 8:45 pm. The owner's Google listing states opening hours until 9:00 pm. However, when I arrived at 9:45 pm, the display was already empty, and the employee was cleaning the shop – even the chairs were already stacked on the tables! The employee, Kachkarda, explained that no more subs could be ordered or prepared because they were out of bread. As I left the shop, I saw that there was still plenty of bread in the warmer. I then spoke to the employee and pointed out that there was still bread available – suddenly, she seemed to have forgotten how to speak German and said she couldn't understand me. She then tried to explain that the bread was from yesterday – to which I replied that I would take that as well. She simply said that wasn't possible. A very unfriendly employee, and above all, it's incomprehensible why they don't adhere to the advertised opening hours! I will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered an omelette sandwich on cheese and oregano bread, and only two things were important to me: the bread and the omelette itself. One ingredient was deliberately omitted, and a second was simply ignored. Guess which two ingredients I meant? Attached is a photo of the dry, barely filled sandwich I received instead.

There w... read more I ordered a teriyaki sub through Uber Eats. I had to take a picture, otherwise I wouldn't have believed it myself. It arrived cold, completely shredded. There wasn't a trace of fresh lettuce. The onions were rancid, and the chicken tasted undercooked/raw. On one half were two small strips of meat, a slice of cucumber, and some other unappetizing bits and pieces. Olives, arugula, bell peppers, and a few other ingredients were completely missing. The sub was inedible and rancid. I've never been so disappointed by a sub. Never again. PS: The sub in the picture hasn't been eaten yet (at least not by me).
