Rather accidentally we found the restaurant in a side street in the dresdner new town last week. we have received the last free table on the terrace in a city a... read more Rather accidentally we found the restaurant in a side street in the dresdner new town last week. we have received the last free table on the terrace in a city angle surrounded by high trees. the service was perfect: friendly and confident. we chose the surprise menu with matching wine tasting and received the best regional cuisine (from apero to cheese). thanks again for a wonderful evening.

Conclusion: very nice staff, super tasty eating and beautiful ambiance. we will be back!

We o... read more Maybe I had too hight expectations. We thought the restaurant was easy to find even if it isn't central. It was nicely furnished and had a nice atmosphere. We ordered the surprise menu courses) and when we asked if it was possible to get...the right wine with each course the servant seemed a bit surprised and confused. He wanted to give us a bottle but my husband had ordered the menu with meat and I wanted fish vegetarian. So we asked if we could each get three individual glasses wine to each course but it ended up in being a white wine for me and a red wine for my husband, which tasted well but we would have both liked to have an individual glass with each course. Since we ordered the surprise menu we didn't know what we were to eat. To our great surprise we weren't told what the courses were!! The girl who handed out the food did just that she handed out the food saying fish and meat . That was really strange! After the second course I asked what I had just been eating and the server had to go back to the kitchen and ask. I don't want to seem high maintenance but if you order a surprise you want to know what it is at least afterwards. So the food in itself was really tasty and looked good on the plate. But unfortunately the service wasn't at all at the same level.
