We had booked for the New Year's night, but when we arrived at the arranged time, we were told that there was no recording of our booking. eating is good, but there is a limited menu. the employees are not that interested in the customers and. it was very difficult to get water. we finally made it. we wouldn't go back there if we were to stay.

. on Saturday evening at 21.30 "we had the week so much pizza.. is unfortunately out"...and that where 50% of the card pizza is.

What to say. to the outside a good looking restaurant in the hotel elbflorenz, but rarely experienced such an uninterested and cool service. feeling comfortable is difficult to feel as a desired gast impossible. rather the impression is annoying and disturbs the processes.The selection on the map is very clear (Italian with only a better supplemental salad on the map). pity because I often go to the Italian because of a good salate.Naja, so two times have been there: the first and last time.

The restaurant connected to the hotel offers various Italian dishes and appetizers - but tastefully cannot withstand with a genuine Italian restaurant. for a little dinner after a stressful day but sufficient - especially if you have no more pleasure to move out of the hotel great.The staff was attentive and friendly, eating ok, the ambiente harmonious. a really cozy evening at the Italian one imagines differently. I didn't expect that either.
