Bad mood, inattentive service and lukewarm food. But when a guest from a larger group took the boss aside and calmly told her that they had to wait 45 minutes for their food and that it was cold, the lady immediately became loud and told the gentleman that the group should leave. They don't need you as guests, as you can see the restaurant is full. I have never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful behavior! Since everyone overheard this conversation and the boss even brought other guests into the conversation, it was so unpleasant for everyone that we avoided raising the same points and we will never visit this restaurant again. Because our table of 10 also had the same opinion when it came to service and food!
