I found the offer very appealing. Certainly my smallness comes here with my relatives and can rely on me to be perfectly served. I find the reading tightly tied and as far as most has cost all the way, what I did before me. I find the place suitable for all events irrelevant whether with friend, acquaintance or sippe ; . What R dislikes about E-vitrum:
We followed the invitation of VW. We were reserved a table outside the official opening hours. What we've learned later. Now we sat with another couple in this big room, which was obviously unpleasant to us. The selection of dishes is clearly superior bistro kitchen also priced! We chose Wiener Schnitzel and Schnitzelburger, which was served after not even 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the potato gratin was cold and wat... View all feedback.
I can only join one of the previous review. We were also there to the 4 course menu before the concert of Jamie Cullum. A staff completely overwhelmed by about 40 guests and a star chef who strives for his bussy society instead of managing chaos in his restaurant. In addition, the cook built the menu from the food sequence so that everything could be prepared and brought to the table with little effort in the evening. 1. Amuse Gueule yellow undefinable mouse with white sauce 2. Asparagus soup salted with a small piece of salmon and without the promised pine nuts (forged? 3.Spargelrisotto with green asparagus (to be filled 4. oversightable main dish with 2 play cube-sized tough meat pieces, unfortunately completely cold and not definable as a rabbit. 5. dessert, after the concert, white sauce (the one from Amuse Gueule? with crushed biscuits and strawberry pieces in the glass. All in all, a menu with very moderate use of goods without great cooking to which the staff still gave the rest. In any case, we will not visit this restaurant again, you already filled yourself as a guest 2. Class with moderate to expensive dishes. I can only agree with one of the previous reviews. There were two of us for the 4 course meal before the Jamie Cullum concert. A staff that was completely overwhelmed by about 40 guests and a star chef who tried to take care of his bussy company instead of managing the chaos in his restaurant. In addition, the chef structured the menu from the order of dishes in such a way that everything could be prepared and brought to the table in the evening with little effort. 1. Amuse Gueule yellow nonde mousescript with white sauce 2. Asparagus cream soup oversalted with a small piece of salmon and without the promised pine nuts (forgot? 3. manageable main course with 2 pieces of tough meat the size of a dice, unfortunately cold and not definable as rabbit. 5. Dessert, after the concert, white sauce (the one from Amuse Gueule? with crumbled biscuits and pieces of strawberry in a glass. All in all a menu with a very moderate cost of goods without major culinary art which the staff gave the rest. In any case, we will not visit this restaurant again, as a second class guest you already filled up with moderate, too dishes.
E-Vitrum Brunch, every last Sunday in the month, incl. guided tour. Very well-maintained ambience, beautifully covered tables, a glass of prosecco, breakfast at the table, then guided tour through the workshops, then 3-4 course lunch. Price performance fits.
For business lunch with business partners: Great service, small but fine card. It was relaxed hours with really good food, a fine wine recommendation and a service that always looked at us. Thanks for enjoyment and care.
Great pub food. Good service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Their burger is a burger with schnitzel not hamburger .

We chose Wiener Schnitzel and Schnitzelburger, which was served after not even 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the potato gratin was cold and watery, on demand we were disappointed that it would be lying to VW as the equipment does not work properly. All in all a used evening price and performance do not really match here. Shame!
