Having worked at Casey’s, I know that this i... read more Today, I placed a pickup order and was told it would take 90 minutes, which seemed excessive given the time of day. Having worked at Casey’s, I know that this isn’t their busy period. I called after an hour to check on my order, and they said they were just starting it and that it would take another 15 minutes. It’s frustrating because this location is known for giving long wait times of 45-90 minutes even when it’s not busy, and I feel like they would have made me wait that entire time. On top of that, the pizza here is the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve heard rumors they might use old cheese, though I can’t confirm that. The last time I ordered, they didn’t even start making my pizza until I walked in, and the employee was just leaning on the counter scrolling on his phone. I try to avoid ordering from here, but today we were moving and my son was hungry. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again. Please do better!

Dresden Tennessee's Casey's used to be a great place to get great customer service in great food within the last 2 years this place is went downhill we visited... read more Dresden Tennessee's Casey's used to be a great place to get great customer service in great food within the last 2 years this place is went downhill we visited tonight to get a pizza there was three people working two of them were on break in the kitchen. That left the register girl. all we wanted was one pizza and they told us it was going to take an hour this is unacceptable. There weren't even any tickets hanging so I know there wasn't any orders. The staff is never friendly anymore the story is always dirty I'm not the only one complaining I had a brother-in-law to try to order one pizza last week and they told him it was going to be an hour and a half with the same problem three people working two were in the kitchen and they were both on break at the same time. I worked there when this store first opened and we were held to higher standards than what is going on in the store now. All it takes is for you to make a surprise visit in the store some afternoon and you can see the problem. Never were we allowed to tell our customer that we could not get their Pizza out the longest we could tell them that they had to wait was 20 minutes and it better be done by then! We have given them multiple chances to improve because the pizza is actually quite good, but not to wait an hour to an hour and a half when nobody was in the store. And why were both people in the kitchen allowed to take break at the same time? I would definitely be contacting corporate I am not happy do better Casey's. I'd like to add two that I have been in there multiple times in the afternoon just to get a slice of pizza for my elderly sister and there's never food in the warmer and when I ask if pizza is coming out for the warmer they would tell me not in the next hour. When I worked there and Sonya Tharpe was manager you best be sure that the pizza in the warmer was fresh and there was plenty of it
