Best place in town to grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Not because of the food or drinks but for the staff. One in particular Melissa she is hands down the best employee there. Very processed tasting breakfast. I had a sausage biscuit. It was a soggy texture and I couldn't finish it. The hash brown was equally disgusting. Like something I'd warm halfway through in the oven. Tastes a bit like a Jimmy Dean something you'd throw in...the microwave out of a box from the supermarket. I have had more problems with this place than I can count. First getting the order right is an issue because of the communication problem. If they don't have a bagel you asked for they just pick a random bagel they have it happened They will not stir if you ask for honey in a tea and now they don't have honey for your tea anymore. I like a dome lid they never remember and then give a dirty look when you ask for it. They repeat your order back to you wrong every second time we go we almost forgot what we wanted to begin with.

The service at the Drayton Valley location was great. The staff very friendly.
The hot chocolate at this restaurant is awful! It tastes like colored water. I have tried it several times over the past year and it is consistently terrible.
Updated review, they do waay better than they did 10 years ago, so I'm happy
The only thing I enjoy is their chilly. Well when they have it... I wonder why they don't bother on trying to make more. The service is okay. There are some friendly ones and than there is kelsey. She seems unfriendly and always upset. I will have to say there is a guy with a beard who acts super friendly and kind. Over the years this place has just been hiring bad employees, which Is unfortunate because I always thought this was the better timmies
