I'm very disappointed of how the chicken at KFC has gone downhill. Grey, small and soggy pieces of chicken. As a kid, KFC was a nice treat to eat. Nowadays the quality control has gone down the tubes. Severely disappointed. Terrible shame at high prices

They are always out of chicken and the wait is so long. the customer service is horrid they clearly do not care that the place is crappy
