Food was great, came fast, and wasperfect given it was after 11pm. Even the patrons at the bar were super friendly to my family! The wings and sauces wereexcellent!

We waited an hour be... read more Some of my rating has to do with poor management. The restaurant only had one cook and two servers, yet it continued to take online orders. We waited an hour before we had our wings and appetizers and another 30 minutes for the rest of our food. Thestaff did their best, but on a Saturday Night I would expect a much better effort from management to ensure service was muchbetter. The food was average. Certainly not something I am craving and eager to get back to. Not sure if that was because of thestaffing situation or if it's just always that way. It was our first time. Sorry for the poor review, but it was quiteunderwhelming. Definitely a management challenge at this location.

When I went to pick it up, it wasn't until I got home and opened the... read more I placed a phone order and the woman at Wing Nutz read it back to me. My order was correct. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't until I got home and opened the tied up to go bags that I was able to see that they forgot a pretty big item in the order. Icalled them to have it refunded and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I had to hang up and call back to get someone to help me so Iguess they had just forgotten about the fact that they had left me on hold the first time I called. The woman refunded theprice for the item and when I asked them about refunding the tax I paid on that item, she got confused and it wasn't worth thehassle, so I let it go which was annoying, but whatever. Anyways, the wings I got were soggy and greasy. Not good at all. Theworst part of the whole thing was the nacho chips in our nacho order were crumbs. It's like the took and almost empty bag ofnacho chips and just poured out all the leftover crumbs into the container instead of just opening a new fresh bag. I included aphoto of what I'm talking about. I will not be going back.

The food is phenomenal, love the Mac and Cheese (add jalapeno), my husband gets the chicken wrap, I love the Southwest salad and/or the best wings around!! Servers are SO nice and friendly.
