We had to pay attention to the service on two occasions. After a 15-minute wait, we finally received assistance. Two of the beers on the menu were unavailable, but the server only found this out after checking with the bartender. What User doesn't like about Thai Siam:
My experience was terrible. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and it took five minutes for anyone to notice us. After seating ourselves, we waited another ten minutes before someone came to take our order. Once we ordered our appetizers and main courses, it took about 15 minutes to receive the appetizers, and then our main dishes arrived immediately after. The food was really good, but the service was pretty bad. It took a very long time for our water to be refilled, and we were never asked how our food tasted. The restaurant seemed incredible understaffed, which seemed to be the main cause for the level of service we received. Based on our experience, I think my husband and I will probably just order carry out rather than dine-in in the future.
Great place to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious. Service was great. Overall very inviting and fun environment

This place is rated as Best In Utah. Maybe Utah doesn't have a lot of Thai places? We ordered yellow and green curries, Pad Thai, and calamari. The curries were served in giant bowls of watery curry sauce. They tasted okay (not enough spice), but were so soupy that they barely stuck to the rice on the plate. The vegetables were fresh, but seemed to have been added last minute so they had no chance to soak up any flavor. The Pad Thai just wasn't very good. The fried calamari was fine. Overall, nothing to write home about.
Good was very so so. Atmosphere was poor. There was a large group Herat us that was very loud. Felt like we were at Denny's. Blinds were dirty
