authentic Italian cuisine in a casual culinary experience. they order their food at the theke and they bring it out to them. only on the ground is that they bring the food when it is finished, so that my meal came to the table after all, was halfway finished with their meal. If you live in Utah and are craving authentic Italian cuisine, look no further than Terra Mia in Draper. They also have a second location in Orem, which I'm sure is just as fantastic. While we usually opt for the delicious pizza, today we decided to try the Spaghetti alla Carbonara.
