Then another 15 minutes to get to... read more Went today to get a quick lunch. Did I say quick! I was in the drive through line for 20 minutes before I even moved an inch. Then another 15 minutes to get to the 3rd in line. Total time in drive thru was 45 minutes. I had a 30 min break and am now lateback to work. And there is no way to get out of line. Pretty smart on your end Taco Bel. I Will never go here again and they areRUDE! Such a waste for sub par food too. I could have gone to a sit down place for less money and less time!!! So bugged!!!

I've never waited this long for a steak quesadilla and a Baja Blast! Seriously, it took 45 minutes for my food, which is absolutely ridiculous. I can't rate this Taco Bell any lower than 2 stars because the steak quesadilla is delicious, and that Baja Blast is fantastic. I would suggest choosing a different Taco Bell if this one has more than 3 cars in the drive-thru.

However, the kiosk won’t print a receipt unless you provide a phone number or email, which feels like an unnecessary demand for personal marketing info just to get a receipt. When I mentioned this to an employee, they simply suggested paying with cash at an unmanned counter. That response was disappointing for two reasons: 1) If a cashier were available, the kiosk wouldn’t be needed, and 2) expecting customers to carry cash instead of addressing the system flaw is dismissive and unhelpful. I made it clear I understood the employee couldn’t change things, but feedback should be welcomed. If I were staff, I’d pass that feedback to management with appreciation. Instead, the reply was basically, “Just pay cash at the unmanned counter next time.” That’s not good service—not even basic service. Now, I’m going to eat the food and move on.

To m... read more I placed a mobile order for two specialty boxes—one vegetarian and one regular. They didn’t separate the items, so I had no way of knowing which was which. To make matters worse, they didn’t include the second Crunchwrap at all, and the other wrap was half open. I went back to get it fixed; they corrected the regular one, but the black bean wrap was still wrong. It only had black beans and cheese, even though it was supposed to have everything except sour cream, plus potatoes. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. The staff seriously need to take more care with each order. To top it off, another customer who came in while I was there was also missing part of their order. Overall, very disappointing.

De... read more I just had the most disappointing chicken quesadilla. There was no chipotle sauce inside—just some half-melted cheese and lukewarm chicken in the quesadilla. Definitely not worth $6. I even had to check if Taco Bell had changed their quesadilla recipe. Unfortunately, I only noticed the missing sauce after I got home.
