Its Draper West location is convenient for commuters with ample parking and multiple entrances. However, the experience is marred by inconsistent service, long drive-thru waits, a permanently closed lobby and occasional refusals to serve vehicles with trailers; lacking coffee flavor options is another notable shortcoming.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The lobby was closed, and we couldn't fit through the drive-thru with our trailers, so they refused to serve us. Honestly, I'm glad they did, as we ended up discovering Fiiz, which is much better!
Gracie was incredibly patient and kind. We really enjoyed the mini chocolate chip cookies. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add some coffee flavors to their menu.
I'm a fan of good old-fashioned Mountain Dew, but I really appreciate that I can bring the whole family along and everyone can find a drink they enjoy. My wife loves her Diet Dr Pepper, my kids are big fans of root beer floats, and it's great that we can get all of this in one place.
Love my swig Tropic 44 oz.
I love the convenience of Swig and the flavors of the drinks. I took one star off for no gluten free options for the cookies.
