Many drinks taste watered down, probably because they're lacking syrup and the cups are filled to 80% with ice. The cookies are dry and have a chalky texture. Moreover, they've become stingier with their rewards program—previously, you could use your reward balance to contribute to your order, but now you need to pay the full amount for any purchase. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline at Swig.

I deducted one star because none of their snacks are gluten-free. Since Fizz has gluten-free options, I’ll opt for them instead if I have the time!

My drink tasted purely like Red Bull, and if I wanted an overpriced Red Bull, I could just go to a gas station. As for their knowledge of pretzels, it's questionable. The pretzel bites I ordered were an unusual color, far from the soft texture you typically expect from soft pretzel bites, and covered in a strange oily coating. Considering how much I paid, the quantity I received was ridiculous.

The cookies are amazing, especially the Lemon Drop cookie, which is simply delicious. Even if it’s not a new item, it’s definitely a tasty find. I also appreciate the drive-thru. Although there's often a line, they manage to speed things up by having staff with iPads take orders outside, which keeps things moving quickly. They even create two lines when needed and effectively manage the traffic. I highly recommend this restaurant!
