The staff can be quite unfriendly, and they frequently get my drink orders wrong. I suggest you save your time, energy, and money by picking a different restaurant.

Many drinks taste watere... read more Since Miller took over, the restaurant has significantly raised its prices while considerably diminishing the quality of its offerings. Many drinks taste watered down, probably because they're lacking syrup and the cups are filled to 80% with ice. The cookies are dry and have a chalky texture. Moreover, they've become stingier with their rewards program—previously, you could use your reward balance to contribute to your order, but now you need to pay the full amount for any purchase. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline at Swig.

In my last three visits over a two-week... read more I really appreciate this location because it’s very close to my home. However, they always seem to be out of something. In my last three visits over a two-week period, they were out of Diet Mountain Dew, which left me disappointed. Before that, they had no root beer, so my daughter couldn’t order anything. I usually don’t have trouble finding drinks elsewhere, although I can’t help but find it amusing how often Arby’s runs out of roast beef! I would love to give Swig a 5-star rating, but because of the inconsistency at this location, I can only rate it 2 stars.

My drink tasted purely... read more I honestly don't understand how this place has received so many positive reviews. It felt like a disappointing imitation of a soda shop. My drink tasted purely like Red Bull, and if I wanted an overpriced Red Bull, I could just go to a gas station. As for their knowledge of pretzels, it's questionable. The pretzel bites I ordered were an unusual color, far from the soft texture you typically expect from soft pretzel bites, and covered in a strange oily coating. Considering how much I paid, the quantity I received was ridiculous.

The cookies are amazing, especially the Lemon Drop cookie, which is simply delicious. Even if it’s not a new item, it’s definitely a tasty find. I also appreciate the drive-thru. Although there's often a line, they manage to speed things up by having staff with iPads take orders outside, which keeps things moving quickly. They even create two lines when needed and effectively manage the traffic. I highly recommend this restaurant!
