The lady... read more I had a disappointing experience at Subway. I walked in just after another customer who had a list of sandwiches but seemed unsure about what to order. The lady behind the counter asked for my order, and when I said I wanted a single sandwich, she continued to make several sandwiches for the guy in front of me, waiting for him to decide on his order. I could have been served multiple times in the meantime. Frustrated, I decided to leave, and only then did she offer to make my sandwich. At that point, I was already too annoyed to stay. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

This location is conveniently accessible from the 15-S, and there's ample parking available. When I entered, there was just one person there, who turned out to be an employee on a lunch break. He was incredibly friendly, and we ended up chatting about our summer plans. I ordered a Spicy Italian footlong on Italian Herbs and Cheese, toasted with provolone. When I got home and tried it, I was very pleased with my choice—no complaints at all!

My husband and I visited this Subway, and the girl who assisted us was very friendly. However, the man who helped my husband seemed unhappy when my husband aske... read more My husband and I visited this Subway, and the girl who assisted us was very friendly. However, the man who helped my husband seemed unhappy when my husband asked him to warm the bread before adding the meat. After paying and going to get our drinks, we had to find the cups ourselves, but the manager (I think) didn’t indicate which cups were large. My husband accidentally took medium cups, and when I asked if the other cups were large, the manager only confirmed after my husband touched them. We had to use the medium cups even though we paid for large, and she didn’t offer to correct the mistake. While getting drinks, my husband tripped over a dustpan left on the floor in front of the drink station by the manager. The employee who had helped my husband made a sarcastic comment about the mess he made when he tripped. No one apologized or asked if he was okay.

John was fantastic and provided outstanding service, taking great care of us. He was also incredibly quick with preparing our food, which was fantastic. As for kid-friendliness, while I was at the restaurant, the kids placed their orders, and John understood them perfectly.
