Clean and spacious Starbucks with friendly service and typically good

Every single time I order at this location, it is as if they make my order wrong on purpose. I ask for no whip and no mocha drizzle and guess what I get? Lots of whip and mocha drizzle. EVERY SINGLE

I hate that this is my closest Starbucks. They screw up my order one out of every three times and today they screwed up and when I tried to call to let them know about it nobody answered the phone after it rang about 30 times so not only do they not provide good service you can’t get a hold of anyone if you ever want to try and correct or remedy the issue. I highly recommend using a different Starbucks location if it all possible so that you can get your drinks made properly and so that you don’t have the hassle going back every third time to replace your drink

The staff at the Draper location are amazing. Very friendly. It's definitely high on our labrador retriever's list of places to go, he gets so excited for his pupcup and the staff that give it to him. The Chai is the best!

Pretty standard Starbucks but the service was fast and friendly and the coffees were made well and as expected.
