Panda Express - Draper

This is the worst Panda Express experience I've ever had! I went there for the second time within half an hour before closing, only to find out that they had closed early out of laziness. My family has been in the restaurant business for over 50 years and we have never closed early. I recommend hiring someone who is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma, and possesses good customer service skills. Customer service is essential. I have been to another Panda Express where the food was better. I advise against going to this place and wasting your money, as they may close early or serve lazy food.

My children really enjoy eating at Panda. Normally we have some issues, but tonight the young server who took my order was amazing. Thank you to Deshawn for being very friendly and checking each plate, adding more food to those that were not enough. Many thanks for the excellent service!

I have visited this restaurant a few times in the past, but the last three visits have been disappointing. It seems like there are quality control issues and management needs to step up. Yesterday, I tried the Chow for the first time and it was terrible - dry and tasteless. The fried rice was decent, but they messed up my order and gave me double portions of one dish instead of the three ducks I ordered. There were also no utensils, napkins, or fortune cookies provided. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at this place over the past two years. I've heard good things about a Chinese food restaurant owned by the same family in the Maceys Strip shopping center on Draper Parkway. I will give them a try, as Draper is in need of a good authentic Chinese restaurant, not these commercialized places.

They are unprofessional working. The cooker talking about unprofessional stuff, he?s trying to cuss in Spanish and they don?t know how to scoop the food and they?re mixing old food from earlier with new food very unprofessional. This panda express needs better management he was not paying attention to his people working even the cooks was doing what they want.

I generally love panda express overall this is my first time to this location my new job is right around the corner so it makes it convenient for lunch so I thought I would try it out ideally I like to drive through because it is a lot faster this location does not have one the service inside was slow even though it wasn?t that busy for a lunch rush. When I got my food I had to rush back to work for some meetings when I finally was able to eat I opened it up started to eat my rice and it tasted burnt. I mix it together come to find out the bottom was completely black which tainted the whole meal as it sat in its container for about 35 minutes before I was able to eat it needless to say I did not eat it and it was a wasted $10
