What Emmiline Grover doesn't like about Menchie's Frozen Yogurt:
Fantastic food! Awful customer service. The people in the front weren’t there when we walked in and didn’t offer us any help. Nobody said hello or goodbye or anything. No professionalism at all. They were aligning and making jokes in the bathroom then went to the front after we waited for a minute or so. When nobody is there they walk off giggling and then wait for someone to be waiting to check out. View all feedback. What User likes about Menchie's Frozen Yogurt:
It's been a while since we visited Menchie's, and it was so nice to see them in action again. I really appreciate the option to sample the flavors before making a purchase. Our sweet treats made for a wonderful evening destination. View all feedback.
