Horrible service. Rude employees. Long time waiting and missing items in your order every time

The person in charge doesn't know if he was a manager, but he treated me badly and very rudely didn't want to sell me for havingr claimed the ambourgeois that was bad. Bad service and rude

Even with no lines, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. NOT HAPPY. And that is after ordering my food from their kiosk. What a bunch of losers. And there was no salt on my fries. You would think after decades of making fries for their customers they could at least make french fries correctly. They still have paper thin patties on their quarter pounders — don’t let the TV commercials deceive you.

Everything about this location is the worst. Always super understaffed, ice cream machine never working. They want to charge you for every single sauce you ask for. They never have both drive through lanes open.

Went through the drivethru on Friday night just after midnight. An extremely rude guy at the drivethru told us that they were closed. Everything online says this location is open 24 hours
