They really should use proper utensils for that. To make matters worse, the woman preparing my bowl didn't wear gloves, which led to contamination as she handled the lid and then put it back in the food. The chicken nuggets on top were old, having been kept in a box under a heater, and were not fresh at all. Overall, this place was a complete disappointment.

She was immediately defensive and responded with insincere excuses.... read more The most troubling part, however, was my interaction with the manager on duty when I called. She was immediately defensive and responded with insincere excuses. I could tell she was annoyed that someone wanted to speak with her. When I mentioned that I probably wouldn't be returning to that location, she abruptly hung up on me. To the General Manager, I recommend that you take a closer look at this manager’s behavior. I would be wary if she is being honest with you about the operations of the store, especially given the poor reviews (2.4 stars). For those reading this, I suggest finding another location that isn’t owned by the same company. Remember, a bad attitude reflects poor leadership.

The doors were locked at 12pm and they told me to wait in mobile pickup. It should of been ready when I arrived but it was not I waited 15 minutes just for themto forgot the snake so I had to wait longer. They had the audacity to wait until the other person order was ready to bring theshake out. The other person was there for only 5 minutes. Terrible service. The doors should not be locked. Telling people tonever order from here

Their classic fried chicken remains one of the tastiest and most accessible options available. It's affordable, convenient, and undeniably delicious. This location also shares its space with A&W and features a combined drive-thru.
