Arby’s…We Have the Meats, right?There was almost no meat on my sandwich. Almost no curly fries. This thing looked like a bad joke. Pictures attached so you can judge for yourself.When I drove back to the restaurant and returned the sandwich, the manager lady was called to the front and informed me that she could make me a new one, but it “won’t look like the one on the sign or the front of the restaurant because they are only allowed to put 3oz of meat on it.” I was then told, “It will look the same, because I saw that the meat for your sandwich weighed to 3 oz before it went in the microwave!”I’ll stick to just the deceitful advertising vs actual product. This wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered from this location and received several times more bun than meat on a sandwich there. Trying to lower food cost by cheating the customers is a form of theft, and this needs to stop! Would you pay $8 after tax for this?

Occasionally, something might be missing from my drive-thru order, but the staff are always helpful when I address it. Overall, I'm pleased with this location and will continue to be a regular customer.
