Apollo Burger’s local outlet delivers a mixed dining experience. While some guests praise fresh, flavorful burgers like the Apollo Burger Combo and crispy sides, many express dissatisfaction with inconsistent cooking—especially undercooked patties—and subpar cleanliness. The dining area appears rundown and poorly maintained, with complaints about sticky surfaces and wear. Beverage quality also falls short, with shakes often too runny and overly whipped. Though staff are generally friendly, service delays and order errors frustrate customers. This location may serve decent food when freshly prepared, but overall upkeep and food safety concerns suggest cautious dining until improvements are made.
Feedback
Was Sarina Jones at Apollo Burger a mag?
The lobby is poorly maintained, and could use better cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was well made. The burger I got, the Utah burger, was good. I would come here again, but only if I were in the area. Not somewhere worth going out of the way for. View all feedback.
What Layla Davis dislikes about Apollo Burger:
I loved Apollo and usually their service is great but this location is super disappointing. Literally every single time I’ve come here (because I live close) I ask for extra well done I always get a super pink burger. Super disappointing for the price of a meal. I get a few bites in can’t eat it anymore. There is no way that’s cooked to state standard of 165 degrees. View all feedback.
Wow! I had a fantastic lunch! I tried the Apollo Burger Combo with onion rings, and it was amazing. The burger had delicious pastrami and melted cheese, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and a special sauce. The onion rings were the star of the meal—perfectly crunchy with tender onions inside. The French fries were served hot and crispy, just as they should be. Everything is made to order, so it comes out fresh. The restaurant is easy to spot from the street and has convenient access. Highly recommend it!

The burgers are good but they keep burning the onion rings. This was the third time I ordered them and they were burned again. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend. Too expensive not to be able to enjoy the food
This restaurant was our second choice since our first choice has an hour wait. I should have known what to expect with the sign on the door saying basically please be patient due to the labor shortage. First off there was no line and the restaurant was nearly empty and there were at least 6 people behind the counter. We typically love these Greek burger chains and went out of our way to go to Apollo Burger over Astro burger, because I like that they don't shred their lettuce. We placed our order and tried to find a clean table. Nearly every table and/or seats in the restaurant was dirty. I think out of 36 or so tables only 2 or 3 were occupied and they were all dirty. We finally thought we found a reasonably clean table and when we approached it we discovered why, the seat was broken (see picture). When we finally settled on a less dirty table and our order was called my wife found that her burger was burned to the point that it wasn't edible. I got the Apollo Burger and it was good even though the pastrami was cold. I got the onion rings even though I had a vague memory that they weren't very good and my memory was right. Onion rings taste like they were frozen with very bland breading. I will remember next time not to get the onion rings. The fries are always good here and they didn't disappoint. They only had prepackaged fry sauce and for me it is not as good as the stuff they normally serve This was probably the worst experience I have had dinning out in recent memory. This experience definitely merited 1 star, but because I have been here when it has been good I will give it 2 stars. Furthermore the place did not seem understaffed, especially based on the number of customers, and they really had no excuse that the place was so dirty.
