We went in on Aug 16 with friends. It was very rainy and windy so there were not too many people there. The waitress was delightful and we decided on the 3 course surprise menu. She asked about any dietary restrictions, allergies etc. since I don’t eat meat or garlic, my meal was different than the others. Turns out 3 course doesn’t include all the in between bites that were brought to our table as well -all for the price of the three course. My husband loved the duck dish and everything we had was amazing! The chef, Hylke, came to our table at the end of our meal and we had a wonderful conversation. If we go back to Friesland, it will definitely require another visit to Thús
What a great evening we had! And then on to a 7-course menu with matching wines. The food was delicious and the wines matched the dishes perfectly. Super friendly hostess and wait staff.
